STUDIES AND SKETCHES

Ogni dipinto ad olio è un frammento di narrazione, modellato da pennellate che seguono il fluire delle emozioni e dei pensieri. Alcune opere nascono come esercizi di ricerca tecnica e stilistica; altre si sviluppano da suggestioni interiori o da paesaggi immaginati. La materia pittorica si alterna tra densità vibrante e leggerezza impalpabile, catturando fugaci attimi di luce e vita, in un dialogo incessante tra gesto e colore.

Each oil painting is a fragment of a story, shaped by brushstrokes that follow the flow of emotions and thoughts. Some works are born as exercises in technical and stylistic exploration; others emerge from inner visions or imagined landscapes. The pictorial matter shifts between vibrant density and ethereal lightness, capturing fleeting moments of light and life in a continuous dialogue between gesture and color.

In questo album si intrecciano frammenti del mio percorso grafico, nati tra studio e strada, tra disciplina e intuizione. Ogni disegno è un piccolo mondo, tracciato da matite diverse che hanno seguito il ritmo delle mie mani e dei miei pensieri. Alcuni sono esercizi accademici, realizzati sotto la guida del Prof. Scotto all'Accademia di Disegno; altri, schizzi liberi o studi di progetti mai conclusi, forse solo sognati. I tratti cambiano, ora rapidi e istintivi, ora lenti e meditati, catturando attimi di ispirazione in contesti sempre nuovi.

In this album, fragments of my graphic journey intertwine, born between study and the street, between discipline and intuition. Each drawing is a small world of its own, traced by different pencils that followed the rhythm of my hands and thoughts. Some are academic exercises, created under the guidance of Professor Scotto at the Academy of Drawing; others are free sketches or studies of projects never completed — perhaps only dreamed of. The lines shift, sometimes rapid and instinctive, sometimes slow and meditative, capturing moments of inspiration in ever-changing contexts.
